Storing Bath Towels in Your Bathroom

Installing A Towel In Your Home

Towel Racks require a little more skill to install than regular towel hooks, although the basic principle remains the same. You should first decide where on the wall that you would like to install your rack, making sure there is enough space around the rack.

If you are installing a rack railed, you also need to ensure that there is enough space for your home vertical hanging. This can be done easily by holding a towel in the place you are thinking of installing the rack, and making sure that does not touch the ground and is within reasonable distance of it.

After deciding on your location, it is important to note that the area with a metal detector to check the electrical wiring or pipes in the wall. Once you're sure there's nothing there, place the rack on the wall using a spirit level to ensure that it is completely level. You can then screw in your rack on the wall.

Depending on the size of your rack, you may have to use dowels in addition to the screws. These will provide extra grip for the screws, and prevent the chassis to rip them out of the wall under heavy loads.

This whole process should take no more than 10-15 minutes, after which you have added some valuable storage space for your bathroom!
